If it's on YouTube look on the right side of the video. There's a little white box that says "embed". Copy the stuff in the box and then paste it in the "edit html" tab of your posting page. That's it!!! (if it's not YouTube, there is still usually something to embed... just look for that word somewhere and a crazy html code, copy and paste!)
Now hurry up and post it! You got me all excited to watch it and now I have to wait!! ;) Love ya!
